Enroll or Change Product Choice

If you are not yet enrolled in Sudbury Community Electricity Aggregation (CEA), use the form below to enroll in one of the offered products. Once service has begun, your choice will be reflected on your following month’s electricity bill. Please note that based on your meter read date, it may take up to two months for your enrollment to be reflected on your Eversource bill.

If you’re already enrolled in the Sudbury CEA, use the form below to switch to your preferred product. How do you know if you are already participating in Sudbury CEA? Review your electricity bill: the supplier listed should be Town of Sudbury CEA (Dynegy).

If you are currently a customer of a competitive supplier, you may be subject to penalties or early termination fees from your supplier if you switch from the competitive supplier to the Program during the term of your contract. There is no charge for leaving Basic Service, however, Industrial customers leaving fixed-price Basic Service may receive a billing adjustment that may be a credit or a charge.

Be sure to use the name and service address associated with the account. 

The customer name key is located below the account number on your Eversource bill (usually the first four letters of the last name associated with the residential account, or first four letters of the commercial account name).
Your service reference number is located on the second page of your bill on the left right above the Monthly kWh use section.

Please note: If you have a supplier block on your Eversource account the supplier will not be able to enroll you in Sudbury Community Electricity Aggregation. To check if you have a block and/or to remove a block please contact Eversource at (800) 592-2000.
